My Big Move

I have moved to Missouri. It is fun because I live with another dog now. His name is Memo.

Cruisin' to puppy school

I started another puppy school class. I am really committed to becoming the best Big Bastian that I can be! It is an 8 week class. Mommy, Daddy and I will all go for the first four weeks. After that, it will just be Mommy and me. Daddy is leaving for a few months. He is going to the Academy for his new job with the Border Patrol. We will miss him but we will continue to work hard at class and at home.

8-months BIG!!

I am 8-months old today. I am so BIG! I weigh 120 pounds. I think that I am almost as big as my daddy. I like hanging out with Daddy. Also, I got a new Wubba! It looks more like a big-kid Wubba. I accidentally destroyed old Wubba by pulling out the inner kong. Considering that I can chew through any pair of shoes in about a minute, it is amazing that my old Wubba survived for so many months. Wubbas are cool.

Fall fun!

I got to go to my friend's house to play. I got new neck gear. It so much better than my big cone. I was so tired of wearing my cone. My skin had some new outbreaks but thanks to my new gear, I don't chew on my itchy spots AND I am comfortable!! I have been cheering for USC with my Mommy. I love football season!

Family Fun!

This month has been super fun because I have been getting to hang out with a lot of my family. First, I got to meet my Aunt Megan. I can tell that she really likes me. I like her too. She gives me treats!!
I got to hang out at the beach house with Grandma Linda, Grandpa Ed, Aunt Megan, Uncle Andy and Alexis. I got to hang out with Caden more than I did last time because I am learning to be more aware of my bigness around him. I have to be extra gentle because I am so big. I also got to meet my Uncle Jeremy. It has been fun hanging out with him. He is totally amazed by by size!! He is so amazed that I am so big and only 6 1/2 months old!! I keep showing him how much I like him by spraying him with my mouth juices. You should see his face when I get him good!! Towards the end of this month, my skin has really started improving. Thank goodness!!

New threads

Check out my new threads!! I look so handsome in maroon and gold. Do I look like a USC football player? I have a new USC toy too! I love it. I am ready for football season!
Well, I am not allergic to fleas. The fleas have been gone and I still have nasty, itchy bumps. My parents have launched an investigation into my allergies. I have changed to all-natural food. It is wheat-free and stuff like that. I have to take a lot of medicine until my skin gets better. I am healing from the inside - out. It is really hard for all of us to deal with my big cone. We are having to be very patient. I get to leave my cone at home when we go out for walks.

My big problem

It seems that I am allergic to fleas. I had to go to the vet because I was tearing up my back. I had some of my back shaved. I was also given shots and prescribed human medicine. I also got a cone stuck on my head. I have to wear it for a whole week. The cone keeps running into everything. It is really making me look pathetic but it isn't me - it is the cone! The cone is always in my way. I can't even dig in the trash or pull at the toilet paper. Life is less fun with a cone.

At least they gave me a cool sock. I even walk cool in it. I lift my foot up high. By the way, I am currently 92 pounds.

5 months BIG!

It is my 5-month birthday today. I am almost 85 pounds.

My SMALLER relatives!

I have some relatives who think that they are BIG. For example, my LITTLE turtle brothers are always bragging about how BIG they are now. Well, sorry brothas, you is SMALL. My paw is BIGGER than you!
My parents tell me that I have to be gentle with SMALL relatives. Not everyone can handle my BIGNESS, I guess.

My cousin, Caden, thinks he is BIG. But I know that he is still SMALL because I have to be gentle with him. I thinks that he has potential to be BIG someday. I thinks that he is just growing slower than I is growing.

hAPPY fATHER's dAY!

Happy Daddy's Day JC!! I love my daddy! I can't wait until I am as big as Daddy JC. He is my idol. We do lots of fun things together. I hope that he is proud of me. I am trying to be the best boy that I can be!!

BIGGER!!

Yep, I keep getting bigger. I have been gaining a solid 5 pounds per week! Check out the difference from 6 weeks ago! I think that I am looking so much more like a man.

I go beach

I think that the beach is kind of like the park, but different. I think that I need to go beach again before I really understand it. One thing I know for sure is that I got all wet!!

Growing up!

Well, my kennel cough is gone and so I have started puppy school. My whole family goes together. It is pretty fun. Also, I have a new harness so that Mommy Stephie can handle me when we walk with a leash. I am starting to get grown-up fur. I am still learning about proper house behaviour. This video below shows that I am still just a silly puppy. Someday I will be a big boy with super good behavior.

Memorial Day weekend!

What a fun weekend! I got to play with my little cousin, Caden. We played and played in my backyard and then the whole family went to the park. I love going to the park!




I feel really happy about my life and my fun weekend but I am kind of sad because Mommy Stephie told me that my sister is still living at the store. It is really breaking our hearts because we want her to be able to have a home and a nice family and to be able to go to the park too.

I made some friends!

By the way, I am up to 55 lbs. Well, my parents thought that I was getting big until I made some REALLY BIG friends at the park. It was sooo FUN! Hagar and I played and played and played. He weighs 100 lbs. His brother, Elvis, weighs 140 lbs. I explained to them that I am still growing and that I will be even bigger than they are someday. My new friends are Newfoundland doggies. I hope that I get to see them again really soon.

In this picture, I am waving goodbye to Grandma Linda and Grandpa Ed. They came over last weekend to help us fix up our home. I love my new home. Here is a picture of my head and one of my big paws. Happy Mommy's Day!!

I am so lucky to have a mommy! I love my mommy. I hope that Mommy Stephie knows how happy I am that I got such a nice mommy. I think that I may be the luckiest baby Bastian ever. I am going to try really hard to stop grabing onto her pants with my teeth and then pulling. I know that I am not supposed to do that. Here are some pictures of Mommy Stephie and me!!

3 months old!!

I am 3 months old today. I weigh 40 pounds. I got a green octopus for my 3-month birthday.

Hanging at Mission Bay

Well, I had a good night in my new home. JC and Stephie are moving out of their old home too. We are all moving into our new home together. There are boxes all over. Most of them aren't mine. I do have a lot of new stuff though.

This morning I helped Stephie and JC save some space at Mission Bay so that they could have their First Annual Horseshoe Throwing Competition. I like Mission Bay.

Meeting Stephie and JC

These are the pictures from the first time that JC and Stephie came to meet me last week. They totally noticed how cute I am. They really liked my big paws. I am so happy that they came back for me.

I got adopted!

I knew that Stephie and JC liked me but I wasn't sure that they were going to come back to get me. I was really happy when they came back to tell me that they were going to be my new Mommy and Daddy!
